La Masia de Anna Events & Mkt S.L., as responsible for the website (the "Website"), makes this document (the "Legal Notice") available to users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, "LSSI"), as well as to inform all website users about the terms of use.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of "User", committing to the strict observance and compliance of the provisions herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

2. Website Access and Use Terms

Alqueria del Xúquer guarantees free access and use of the Website. Some services may require prior service contracting.
The User guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of all data provided to Alqueria del Xúquer and will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made.
Additionally, the User must use the Website in accordance with applicable legal conditions and with due respect to the usage terms established by Alqueria del Xúquer.
In this regard, and for illustrative but non-limiting purposes, Users shall refrain from:
I. Using the Website's communication channels (e.g., booking forms, customer support chat, or contact forms) unlawfully and/or to disseminate criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive, terrorist content or, in general, content contrary to law or public order.

3. Data Updates

Alqueria del Xúquer expressly reserves the right to unilaterally modify, in whole or in part, this Legal Notice, without this circumstance generating any obligation to notify or communicate with Website Users, considering the update on Alqueria del Xúquer's Website sufficient.
Notwithstanding making updates to this Legal Notice available to Users, the User acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to review this Legal Notice with each interaction with the Website.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

The Website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, are the property of Alqueria del Xúquer or, where applicable, it has a license or express authorization from the authors.
All Website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and registered in the corresponding public registries. Regardless of their intended purpose, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization requires prior written authorization from Alqueria del Xúquer. Alqueria del Xúquer expressly authorizes third parties to redirect directly to specific Website content and, in any case, to redirect to the main Website at alqueriaxuquer.com. Alqueria del Xúquer acknowledges in favor of their holders the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights, and their mere mention or appearance on the Website does not imply any rights or responsibility over them, nor endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Alqueria del Xúquer.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Alqueria del Xúquer shall not assume any liability (contractual or extracontractual, and/or of any other kind) arising from information published on the Website to the extent it has no effective knowledge that such information has been published, manipulated, or introduced by a third party unrelated to Alqueria del Xúquer, or if it does, has acted diligently to remove the data or make access to them impossible.
The User uses the Website at their sole and exclusive risk and subject to the following liability disclaimers.

Linking Policy

From the Website, Alqueria del Xúquer may allow Users to be redirected to third-party website content.
Since Alqueria del Xúquer cannot always control content introduced by third parties on their respective websites, it assumes no responsibility for such content. In any case, it will proceed to immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international law, morality, or public order, immediately withdrawing the redirection to said website and notifying the competent authorities of the content in question.
Alqueria del Xúquer is not responsible for information and content stored, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks, or any other means allowing third parties to independently publish content on Alqueria del Xúquer's Website. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI, it makes available to all Users, authorities, and security forces, actively collaborating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international law, third-party rights, or morality and public order.
If a User considers that any Website content falls under this classification, they are requested to immediately notify the Website administrator. This Website has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principle, proper operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, Alqueria del Xúquer does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors or force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances making access to the website impossible. Under no circumstances shall Alqueria del Xúquer assume any responsibility for website blockage or inaccessibility resulting from the aforementioned scenarios.

IP Addresses

The Website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file allowing subsequent data processing to obtain solely statistical measurements to determine the number of page impressions, visits to web servers, visit order, access point, etc.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this Legal Notice and/or the Website, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia being competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.

8. Other Provisions

Alqueria del Xúquer reserves the right to determine in the future that some Website services be governed by independent terms (which, as applicable, the User may accept separately) and to modify all or part of the Website content.
All rights and obligations of Alqueria del Xúquer may be assigned to any of its subsidiaries, or in relation to a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, or other similar operation. In case of such assignment, User information will only be transferred in accordance with current laws, and consent will be requested when necessary.
If any provision of this Legal Notice is illegal, invalid, or, for any reason, unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed corrected to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be excluded from this Legal Notice without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, so the Legal Notice and the remaining part of our Terms will remain in full force and effect.
